What Should Go Here, San Leandro?

SAN LEANDRO, CA — Greenhouse Marketplace Shopping Center on Lewelling Boulevard in San Leandro has plenty of great tenants.

It has a Safeway supermarket, a CVS Pharmacy, and lots of restaurants. You can get your nails done, your teeth cleaned and your hair cut.

There is, however, a vacancy in the building containing Papa Murphy's Pizza, a dentist office, Wells Fargo Bank and a Jenny Craig office. So, what does this neighborhood need? Is there a service that you have to drive to reach? A favorite type of food that's not sold nearby? A sandwich shop franchise that you hop on 880 to reach?
