Where in San Leandro? Times Two

Clearly this game has gotten too easy for those of you who are intimately familiar with your city. I gave out five prizes last week! 

For those who have already won once, you'll have to guess another five photos correctly to get another prize. 

This week, there are two photos. One I expect to be very difficult, although who knows?, you have surprised me in the past. 

The second is easier, I think.
