Whimsical Backyard Statue: Photo Of The Day

SAN LEANDRO, CA — Sara Rogers is enjoying her backyard. She snapped this photo in March on a beautiful sunny day.

She tells Patch, "The statue is a replica of the Peter Pan statue in Hyde Park, London and he is usually holding a flute. It was lost long ago so I gave him a 'Love in the Mist' bud to hold."

We like the substitution. The cropping of Sara's photo doesn't do it justice, so here's a good look at the statue:
