Workshop On SBA Loans Involving Property

Want to buy, build or improve an owner-occupied commercial and/or industrial property? 

Learn how to get financing from the U.S. Small Business Administration's 504 loan program at a workshop being held from 6-8 pm Thursday, Sept. 27 at the Linen Life Gallery, 770 East 14th Street in San Leandro.

The event is hosted by

2. the Associated Real Property Brokers (ARPB)
3. the San Leandro African American Business Council (SLAABC)

The SBA 504 loan program offers a variety of advantages form qualifying businesses for the purchase, construction or improvement of owner-occupied commercial/industrial property.

The workshop is complementary to members of the SLAABC, ARPB and customers of Comerica Bank. A $10 registration fee will be collected at the door for other attendees.
