4 Shot During Street Takeover In Rosemead

ROSEMEAD, CA — Four people were shot during a street takeover in Rosemead Sunday morning, authorities said.

Deputies were dispatched at about 1:50 a.m. Sunday to a report of a takeover at the intersection of Del Mar and Garvey avenues, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department reported.

"During the incident, a shooting occurred, resulting in four victims being struck by gunfire," the department said. "All four victims were transported to local hospitals and are currently listed in stable condition."

"Detectives are actively working to identify those involved and determine the events that led up to the shooting," authorities said. "There is no additional information available at this time."
