San Marino Resident Christopher C. Martin, FAIA Named Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Los Angeles Orthopaedic Hospital

Christopher C. Martin, FAIA has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Los Angeles Orthopaedic Hospital (LAOH). Mr. Martin resides in San Marino.

“It is an honor to carry on a family tradition of continuing to play a role in this important and meaningful institution that helps thousands of children each year who need treatment for orthopaedic disease, disorders and traumatic injury,” states Mr. Martin.

Mr. Martin has been involved with LAOH for 14 years serving as Chairman of the Foundation Board of Trustees and Co-Chairman of the Development Committee. He represents the second generation in his family to assume a leadership role at LAOH with his uncle, Albert C. Martin, FAIA having served on the Board for many years.

Mr. Martin is Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AC Martin Partners, Inc. He is an active member of a number of prominent professional and business organizations including the Past President of the American Institute of Architects, Los Angeles Chapter, and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, where he served as Chairman in 2004. Mr. Martin was a founding member of the Los Angeles Business Improvement District. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California.
