This year, over 1.4 million Americans will hear the words ‘You have cancer’. I know too many people who are touched by cancer, including myself a breast cancer survivor and that is why I have joined the American Cancer Society on a mission to save lives and create a world with more birthdays by participating in the Southern California Chinese Relay For Life.
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life® is a life-changing event that gives people a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease. Relay For Life® helps raise much-needed funds and awareness to help the American Cancer Society save lives from cancer. I am determined to make a difference, and I hope you will join me. I will be walking on April 16, 2011 at Live Oak Park in Temple City.
