Using downtown L.A.'s iconic skyline as your muse, create your own one-of-a-kind skyline right on the historic sidewalks of El Pueblo Plaza! For one day only, the walkways of CAM will be transformed into urban canvases, inviting participants to envision and draw their own vibrant buildings using colored chalks.
Chalk Art is inspired by CAM's newest exhibit, Breaking Ground: Chinese American Architects in Los Angeles (1945-1980). Participants will be working outdoors in special roped-off areas throughout the plaza. This activity is adult and children-friendly. Chalk will be provided. Admission is free.
