San Marino's Sylvan Learning center is hosting an ice cream social for the students of Hugo Reid and Holly Avenue to celebrate the summer reading contest; 300 students participated and took quizzes on 5,863 books. Hugo Reid Principal Thomas Bruce will shave his head!
