Daniel F. Kaiser is the owner of a privately owned company that was created with a single goal:  To provide above average assistance to building and property owners, designers, licensed architect, and local jurisdictions in the understanding and application of disabled access compliance.

Dan is a retired Building Official, after serving a number of southern California cities since the late 1980s.  Dan currently holds an appointed position with the California Building Standards Commission on the Accessibility Advisory committee.  He is the sole designer and primary provider of disabled access education for building departments throughout the state.  Dan also provides disabled access education for the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

 Dan holds numerous professional certifications, accolades, and awards for his work.

 Dan is a state of California Certified Access Specialist.
