
Our Parenting Place is pleased to announce Wholesome Cooking Classes for children and adults. We've started an adult class on Friday mornings from 11:30 am - 1 pm.
If you need to a gluten-free diet, or if you are a vegan or vegeterian, this is the Class for you. If you need to follow a restrictive diet that excludes processed foods, Wholesome Cooking should appeal to you. Or if you just want to learn alternatives to cooking such as reaching optimum health, making better whole food choices, come and join our classes taught by certified Nutritionist, Irina Shulkin who is passionate about whole foods and experimenting in the kitchen.
