San Marino, CA -- Authorities are warning drivers to avoid a San Marino intersection where an oak tree fell took out power lines with it. According to police, the tree fell, damaged a power poll and downed power lines on Oak Knoll Avenue, prompting a closure between Huntington Drive and Monterey Road in San Marino. San Marino, CA -- Authorities are warning drivers to avoid a San Marino intersection where an oak tree fell took out power lines with it.

The Philoptochos Society of Saint Anthony Greek Orthodox Church&nbsp;will host a one-day "TRUNK TREASURES" rummage sale&nbsp;fundraiser. All funds raised from this&nbsp;sale&nbsp;will benefit the charitable works of Philoptochos Society, including the Kids 'N' Cancer - Camp Agape Program.
The sale will include a wide selection of items such as: antiques, china, household wares, books, jewelry, clothing, purses, shoes, tools, vintage items, etc. — all donated by our Philoptochos members and in good condition. {No early birds or presale; cash or credit accepted; no bills over $20}
Established over ninety years ago by the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, the Philoptochos Society is a philanthropic women’s organization with more than 400 chapters throughout the United States. The Pasadena chapter was founded in 1953. The Philoptochos Society engages in charitable and philanthropic activities which serve those who are in need.
