3. If a big New Year's Eve bash is more your style, Pasadena's Noor is the place for you. From 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. munch on complimentary appetizers and sip martinis from the venue's open bar. For $85 presale ($110 at the door), you can dance to the pulsing beats of Radio DJ of the Year, DJ Creativity and welcome 2012 with a champagne toast at midnight.
