REDWOOD CITY, CA — A Redwood City man was arrested Tuesday after police said he exposed himself and masturbated while walking along a road, where multiple adults and children witnessed the incident.
Officers responded around 4:38 p.m. after receiving a 911 call reporting a man exposing himself in the area.
Police said they located and identified the suspect as Marcelo Arancibia, 45, of Redwood City.
Police said multiple victims, including adults and children, were identified during the investigation.
Arancibia was booked into the San Mateo County Maguire Correctional Facility on suspicion of felony indecent exposure, a felony parole violation and failing to register as a sex offender, authorities said.
