MARIN COUNTY, CA — Overnight roadwork will bring lane and ramp closures to U.S. Highway 101 in Marin County this week, with drivers facing restrictions from Monday night through early Saturday, Caltrans said.
The lane closures are scheduled from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning as crews continue a Capital Preventive Maintenance project involving paving and permanent pavement striping.
Several highway ramps will also close overnight, with schedules varying by location:
Caltrans has outlined detours for affected drivers, including alternate routes near Redwood Highway, Lincoln/Villa Avenue and North San Pedro Road.
Bus stops along the affected ramps may also be impacted, the agency said. Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead and check traffic conditions before heading out.
