Alleged Meth Cooking In San Ramon Apartment Leads To Arrest

A renter who lives in the apartment called police on her friend after he was allegedly cooking up the illegal drug.

SAN RAMON, CA — A man who was staying at a San Ramon apartment with a friend is suspected of using the home as a methamphetamine lab.

Mitch McDonald, 19, was arrested on suspicion of manufacturing dangerous drugs, and possession of materials to make dangerous drugs, according to a report in The Mercury News.

Police were called to the apartment in the 100 block of Canyon Woods Loop on Sept. 6 after a woman at the home called police and said McDonald was cooking up the illegal drug without her permission.
