SAN RAMON, CA — San Ramon is accepting applications for the 2026 Community Planning Academy, a free four-session program covering different aspects of city planning.
Participants will learn how and why cities plan, how planning shapes San Ramon’s growth and character, and how the land use and development review process works. The program is designed to help community members better understand how the city plans its future.
The academy will take place on Mondays from Sept. 14 through Oct. 5 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at San Ramon City Hall. The program is free and open to San Ramon residents aged 18 and older. Space is limited to 20 participants.
At the end, all participants will be recognized at a City Council meeting.
