Assistance League Diablo Valley’s The Kids on the Block Steal the Show
Now appearing at elementary schools near you!

Assistance League® Diablo Valley’s The Kids on the Block, members of a puppet presentation that addresses such issues as family dynamics, physical challenges and learning differences, happily announce that their performance schedule allows for additional bookings.
A typical classroom presentation begins like this: As black clad member puppeteers fade into the background, elementary school students in Martinez, Pittsburg, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek and Lafayette benefit from everyday insights from the Kids on the Block. Students gain additional insights during the Q/A session that concludes each performance.
Participating teachers’ comments include: …my kids thought it (presentation) was great, devote more preface information to help students ask questions specific to their needs, the material was engaging and age-appropriate, define the term bully and the songs are an effective way to learn about issues.
