Assistance League of Diablo Valley Salutes the Kiwanis-Danville Parade
Heartfelt thanks to Suzi Geldin, who with the help of chapter member Sandy Lione, coordinated Assistance League's participation.

Since 1975, the partnership between the Kiwanis and the Town of Danville has provided the community an event to celebrate a sense of patriotism. As in past years, Assistance League® of Diablo Valley was well represented at this year’s Kiwanis-Danville Parade, held on Monday July 4th.
As seen in photo, member Linda Patton, seated in the car, accompanies Kids on the Block’s Jason Robinson, while Sabre Johnston, in the background, holds Jennifer Hauser.
Also on hand were Talia Tichenor, Abigail Tichenor and Anna Barcklay, who represent the Assisteens®, an auxiliary whose teens and tweens select philanthropic programs and raise funds necessary to implement them. Assisteens also support the chapter’s major fundraiser, Assistance League Diablo Valley Thrift Shop at the Way Side Inn, in Lafayette.
