Assistance League Thrift Shop’s Sterling & Silver Plate Event Glistens

The dedicated member volunteers at Assistance League® Thrift Shop, located at 3521 Golden Gate Way in Lafayette, invite you to attend the Sterling and Silver Plate Event which begins Tuesday, October 25, at 10 a.m. and concludes Saturday, October 29. Your table, mantle and entry way will take on a new look with but a few carefully chosen niceties.

This year’s inventory includes, but is not limited to salt and pepper shakers, cream and sugar sets, coffee pots, bread baskets, serving dishes, trays in various sizes, ice tongs, candlestick holders, wine bottle coasters, goblets and beverage mugs.

Once your holiday décor needs are met, consider buying a hostess gift or two to further the spirit. You’ll find that some of the items might serve other purposes. A shining tray to hold incoming holiday greeting cards comes to mind.
