'The Bay': San Ramon Has Talent

SAN RAMON, CA — Tejal Shah is a mixed media artist and member of the Dublin Arts Collective who enjoys using oil paints, acrylic paints and resin in her paintings. This piece, entitled "The Bay," hangs on the walls of Erik's DeliCafé in San Ramon as part of the Dublin Arts Collective's Art in the Neighborhood program.
