Danville Police Seek Two Suspects After Resident Interrupts Burglary
Officials say one of the suspects allegedly pointed a gun, believed to have been taken during the burglary, at the victim before he fled.

Danville Police officials are looking for two suspects involved in a Monday afternoon residential burglary that was interrupted by the homeowner.
Danville Police Lt. Allan Shields said at 12:36 p.m. officers were called to a home in the 600 block of Alamatos Drive to investigate a report of a residential burglary. The homeowner told police that he arrived home and found a vehicle parked in the driveway with a man in the driver’s seat. The vehicle was described as a silver or charcoal Chrysler 300.
As he approached, another man exited the home, pointed a handgun at the victim and then got into the passenger side of the vehicle and fled the scene. Police searched the home but located no other suspects. A single firearm was taken in the burglary, and it is believed to have been the weapon pointed at the victim by the suspect. The suspects are described as two African-American males in their 20s.
