Brush Fire Contained At 3 Acres East Of San Ramon

There were no immediate reports of injuries or structure damage.

SAN RAMON, CA — A brush fire that broke out Sunday morning at 2002 Victorine Road near Morgan Territory Regional Preserve in Contra Costa County was contained to 3 acres, according to the Alameda County Fire Department.

Dubbed the Highland Fire, crews quickly contained the blaze although firefighters on the ground remained at the scene for several hours.

San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District and Alameda County crews were among those called to the blaze.
