The Gurkha Kitchen

So basically, we are Nepali Americans living here in California for the last one and a half decades. We started our restaurant business in early 2019 in Sunnyvale, and it was a grand hit right from the opening. People used to drive more than a couple of hours just to eat at Gurkha Kitchen. We serve authentic Nepali & Indian cuisine. As we were looking to expand the business, San Ramon was on our priority list because it's filled with the Indian & Nepali community. Also, San Ramon city lacked an authentic Indo-Nepali restaurant, which could attract people to San Ramon and recreate the vibrant atmosphere in the city. Beyond that, our targets are not only our community but also the larger Californian population, as we do a lot of company caterings.
