Car Cited For Driving 103 MPH In San Ramon: Cops
That's more than double the speed limit.

SAN RAMON, CA - There’s speeding, and then there’s SPEEDING. San Ramon police recently issued a hefty citation to a car traveling 103 miles an hour on city streets.
Patch reached out to the SRPD for the exact time, location, and conditions of the citation.
A citation of that nature can result in a suspended license, increased insurance, and hundreds of dollars in fines. In California, speeding over 100 mph constitutes a misdemeanor, according to California Vehicle Code 23103. If the driver is recklessly weaving in and out of traffic, that can be upgraded to a felony.
