Car Sharing Now Available at Bishop Ranch

Bishop Ranch has partnered with City CarShare, a nonprofit carsharing organization, to offer electric vehicles for use by tenants. The program will provide short-distance transportation options for commuters who take public transportation or rideshare to work.

“We are excited to bring another eco-friendly transportation option to our business community with the introduction of City CarShare Dash Program,” said Alexander Mehran, Jr., President and COO at Sunset Development Company, the real estate company that planned and developed Bishop Ranch. “This program furthers our goal of fully integrating green initiatives and sustainable practices throughout Bishop Ranch.”

Two of the fuel-efficient vehicles will be located at 2600 Camino Ramon and two at Bishop Ranch 3, 2603 Camino Ramon.

Bishop Ranch employees who join City CarShare will be able to use the electric vehicles for $4.50 per hour plus 35 cents per mile.
