Community Invited to April 'Fun on the Farm' in San Ramon
The Forest Home Farms Historic Park & Glass House Museum is offering tours

Come to Forest Home Farms Historic Park and the Glass House Museum for Fun on the Farm from 10am to 2pm the 2nd Saturday of each month. On these days you can step back in time to explore the site, enjoy tours, and participate in a free activity from days gone by.
On April 11, 2015 the theme for the day will be “Spring Garden Exploration”.

Discover what is growing and blooming in the organic garden. Explore the beds to find the new seedlings, ripe vegetables and the helpful insects. There will be fresh produce samples to taste. Those who are energetic can also pitch in to help by watering, weeding, or turning the compost. Everyone can plant a flower seed to take home.
Tours of the restored Victorian Glass House Museum are at 10am, 11am,12pm and 1pm for $5 per person payable by credit card only. Children ages 2 and under are free.
