MOWSOS took first prize from among 80 contestants.

Meals on Wheels and Senior Outreach Services in Contra Costa County won first prize in the National Council on Aging’s 2015 Falls Free Photo Contest, MOWSOS officials said Saturday. The officials chose photos for the contest from a Tai Chi class taught at the San Pablo Senior Center, according to officials.
