Contra Costa DA, Sheriff's Candidates To Speak Tuesday
Candidates for Sheriff and District Attorney will speak Tuesday at Diablo Valley College. The forum will be live-streamed.
PLEASANT HILL, CA — Candidates for Contra Costa County Sheriff and District Attorney will speak at a free forum Tuesday sponsored by different Contra Costa County chambers of commerce. The forum will take place in-person at Diablo Valley College, and livestreamed on Zoom.

Starting at 6 p.m., candidates will answer questions from both moderators and voters. Sheriff David Livingston will join challenger Benjamin Therriault, president of the Richmond Police Officers Association.

Incumbent District Attorney Diana Becton will also face off against challenger Mary Knox, a 37-year prosecutor in the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office.
