Cyclist Hit By Car In San Ramon

SAN RAMON, CA — A car hit a cyclist Friday at around 11:30 a.m. on Pine Valley Road near the Iron Horse Trail, San Ramon police confirmed.

An adult male cyclist was struck by a car, and transferred to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. The driver stayed on-site and cooperated, and no arrests were made.

The collision remains under investigation.

Witnesses on Nextdoor reported seeing a cyclist lying on the ground next to his bike, bleeding from his head.
