Dougherty Valley High School Garners Stellar Ranking From US News & World Report
The highly regarded rankings praised the high school.
US News & World Report has released its highly anticipated annual ranking of Best High Schools in the US with Dougherty Valley High School in San Ramon garnering an impressive list of accolades.
The school is ranked No. 29 in California, earning the school a Gold Award.
The article notes, “Students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement course work and exams. The AP participation rate at Dougherty Valley High School is 74 percent. The student body makeup is 53 percent male and 47 percent female, and the total minority enrollment is 80 percent.”
