SAN RAMON, Calif. – February 1, 2013- San Ramon Regional Medical Center is presenting a free community seminar, “Pre-Diabetes—Learn How to Reduce Your Risks,” Wednesday, February 27, 2013, from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The seminar will be held in San Ramon Regional Medical Center’s South Building in the South Conference Room, 7777 Norris Canyon Road, San Ramon.

Stephen Pratt, M.D., Internal Medicine Specialist, and Barbara Reis, R.D., Certified Diabetes Educator, will discuss the risk factors, signs and symptoms of pre-diabetes. Find out how to change your diet and exercise routine to help stop diabetes in its tracks.
