Cellar 9 Restaurant & Bar will celebrate its grand opening with live music, a wine raffle and happy hour appetizers this Wednesday from 5 to 8 pm.
Bay Area musician Michael Denton will perform during the festivities at Dublin’s new restaurant, located in the Grafton Station shopping center.
Cellar 9 offers an upscale dining experience that is also family-oriented and unpretentious. The menu, described by co-owners Doug Garcia and Rose Thome as “American comfort food with flair,” features a gourmet approach to familiar favorites such as meatloaf, short ribs, fried chicken, and even mac & cheese.
