We instruct Tae Kwon Do as an Art, not a Sport. It is our belief that Martial Arts students should have a well-rounded Martial Arts education, and a well-rounded education should include Philosophy, History, Patterns, Safety Awareness, Self-defense and Sparring.

Most Martial Arts schools today have forgotten what Martial Arts is really all about, and that is to impart to students “Real Life - Family Values”. In our training we focus on the “Tenets” of Tae Kwon Do, which are Courtesy, Integrity, Self Control, Perseverance and Indomitable Spirit.
Taught in a non-violent, non-competitive manner. Even the shyest of children will enjoy our classes. We offer training programs for all!

45 Minute Classes (3 Classes Available Weekly - Unlimited)
Children's Classes - Tuesday & Thursday 6:30pm, Sat 8:30am
Adults Classes - Tuesday & Thursday 7:15pm, Sat 9:15am
