Family With 10 Kids Visits San Ramon Doctor Who Delivered All
San Ramon Regional Medical Center officials said it's pretty remarkable that Dr. Emil Eyvazzadeh delivered all 10 Karleskind babies.
SAN RAMON, CA — An Alamo family with 10 children — all delivered by the same physician at San Ramon Regional Medical Center — came by the hospital Monday for a visit. Parents Eric and Maya Karleskind brought their brood, ages 3 to 20, to say hi to Dr. Emil Eyvazzadeh, the man who delivered the kids.
The family remains in touch with the doctor; Eric and Maya even named their youngest child after him.
In fact, there are several E's in the Karleskind household: The kids' names, from oldest to youngest, are Eric, Etienne, Edouard, Maximilien, Christoph, Marie-Catherine, Claire, Gregoire, Clotilde and Emile.

Hospital officials said it's pretty remarkable that Dr. Eyvazzadeh delivered all 10 Karleskind babies — considering he wasn’t out of town, sick or delivering other babies when Maya went into labor each time.
“We are very blessed,” Maya said.
