Gas Leak Reported At Bollinger Canyon Elementary School

Office staff were briefly evacuated, the school said.

SAN RAMON, CA — A gas leak was reported at Bollinger Canyon Elementary School, according to the principal. The leak was reported in the main office due to an odor at around 12:55 p.m. Thursday, according to the Pulsepoint app.

All staff were evacuated as the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District and PG&E investigated, according to an email from Principal Christine Offerman sent to families. The odor dissipated and staff returned by about 1:40 p.m.

All classes continued as usual, Offerman said.
