Home Exchange - Maui, Hawaii for San Ramon

We wish to exchange homes - ours in Maui for yours in San Ramon. The dates are approximately August 5th until October 15th, 2017. We have a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Spanish style home in a high end, quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood has both ocean and mountain views. Our comfortable home has a remodeled kitchen and all bathrooms with granite countertops, two home office spaces that are connected with two living room areas, a TV with DVD player, wireless Internet access, a laundry room, a beautiful 7 foot grand piano, several guitars, a salt pool with outdoor furniture, and tropical gardens including fruit trees, herbs and a vegetable garden. There is an ocean view from the top floor. We also have 2 cars we would be willing to trade. Our home is a 5 minute drive to amazing beaches, restaurants, and a town with all amenities. We have no pets.

We need a 3-4 bedroom house, and no pets due to allergies. We would love a piano!
