Improving Your Skin Care Regimen at Any Age
Dermatologist Cynthia Mates, M.D. and nutritionist Kathy Napoli, R.D. give tips on how to age-proof your skin at the San Ramon Library.
On Thursday, March 26, 7:00 PM at the San Ramon Library, dermatologist Cynthia Mates, M.D. and nutritionist Kathy
Napoli, R.D., M.A., will talk about how men and women can improve the health and condition of their skin. They will
share practical tips on how to protect and revitalize one’s skin.
Cynthia Mates received her M.D. from UC Davis School of Medicine, and completed her residency at Henry Ford
Hospital, Detroit, Michigan. Board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology, Dr. Mates currently practices at Kaiser Permanente Medical Offices in Martinez and San Ramon. Kathy Napoli is a registered Dietitian and has a Master’s Degree in Holistic Health Education from John F. Kennedy University. She has a private practice in Alamo, and facilitates nutrition workshops at the John Muir Women’s Health Center, Walnut Creek.
