Light Parade Applicants Have Until Tuesday Night To Register

SAN RAMON, CA —Anyone wishing to participate in San Ramon’s 40th Anniversary Light Parade has until Tuesday at 11:59 pm to register.

The light-themed parade on Saturday, Nov. 4 will celebrate the city’s 40th anniversary through illuminated floats, dancers, bands, and entertainment. Youth groups, cultural performers, businesses, nonprofits, auto clubs, veterans and more are encouraged to register floats.

Parade applicants can apply here until the end of Tuesday. Fees can be paid at the end of online checkout, or in-person at the San Ramon Community Center Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. All information about joining the parade can be found in the Parade Entry Information & Guidelines Packet, which applicants are encouraged to read before applying.

Accepted applicants will need to send at least one representative to a mandatory parade entry meeting on Thursday, Oct. 26 from 7-8 pm in the Terrace Room of the San Ramon Community Center at 12501 Alcosta Boulevard.
