Little League All Stars: San Ramon 10s Open Division II Tournament With 14-1 Win

San Ramon 14, Lincoln (Section 4) 1 

The San Ramon Little League 10-year-old All Star team got off to a hot start Saturday, opening the California Division II playoffs with a 14-1 win against Lincoln. San Ramon, which beat Dublin to claim the District 57 championship before an impressive run through the Section 3 tournament will try to become the second-straight District 57 team to win the 10-year-old Northern California title in as many years. Danville went 13-1 last year to claim the crown and is still alive in the 11-year-old tournament this year.

San Ramon will play Petaluma National Sunday at 9 a.m., in Chico.
