CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA — San Ramon resident and local photographer Tony Woodward shared this intriguing time-lapse video that captured images of rainbows dancing among stormy clouds as they ghosted across the devil mountain two weeks ago.
The video of the recent storm over Mt. Diablo was taken from Woodward’s backyard.
