SAN RAMON, CA — Patch reader Joe Hofman shared this lovely photo taken at the Forest Home Farms in San Ramon.

"This picture captures the true essence of the farm as it is on the National Register of Historic Places," Hofman said via email.

Forest Home Farms, which has a rich local history, is located at 19953 San Ramon Valley Blvd. and is open to the public Tuesdays through Saturdays.
