New Energy, New Ideas, For The San Ramon City Council

The City needs to bring all regions of our City together. And give a sense of unity and purpose

to all the diverse groups within our borders. I've gotten to know Sabina Zafar over the last few

weeks, and can now say with some confidence, that she is indeed, a smart, educated, connected,

open minded, motivated, and most especially, community focused women. But, beyond that, she

just happens to be from the long neglected "out back" of San Ramon - Dougherty Valley. In short,

she is EXACTLY what the City needs going forward. New perspectives, young perspectives, more

diverse perspectives, that will help guide us through the challenges of a future where often, the old

"solutions," and old paradigms, are no longer the answer. It's time we had representation, and good

leadership, from all regions of the City. I believe Sabina Zafar can bring a much need balance to the

City Council. And, just as important; give us the expertise we need to face the challenges of these

changing times.
