Missing San Ramon Teen: Police Follow Leads

Police say they are concerned about 14-year-old Taylor Cusick's 'health and well-being.'

SAN RAMON, CA — The investigation into a San Ramon teenager’s disappearance is ongoing, San Ramon police officials said. Taylor Cusick, 14, was last seen at a friend’s house in San Ramon at about 8:30 p.m. Monday, according to her mother. Police said she was reported missing the next morning.

The California High School student, who has never been reported as missing or runaway before, changed clothes and left them before leaving her friend’s house the night she disappeared, police confirmed. Police said they are following up on every lead sent to them.

“Our detectives have interviewed multiple people and followed up on each tip or lead we have received,” San Ramon police officials told Patch.

Jeanette Cusick, Taylor’s mother, took to Facebook to ask for the public’s help finding her daughter. The post has been shared more than 277,000 times and has garnered 23,000 comments since it was posted on July 31.

Taylor is 5 feet, 4 inches tall with dark brown hair and green eyes. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call San Ramon police at 925-973-2700.
