Power Restored To San Ramon's PG&E Customers
With the exception of about 20 customers, power has been restored to PG&E ratepayers in San Ramon after an approximately 20-hour shutdown.
SAN RAMON, CA — Thursday night power was fully restored to all PG&E customers in San Ramon, the city announced. A PG&E map shows approximately 20 customers are without power Friday morning, but they are slated to be back online around 1 p.m., according to PG&E.
Power was turned off in several areas within San Ramon around 11 p.m. Wednesday night, but was restored to some areas by Thursday morning.
The East and North Bays had Red Flag Warnings in effect until 5 p.m. Thursday. The Red Flag Warning for the Santa Cruz Mountains expired at noon on Thursday. Even as the warnings expired, the threat for fire danger remains high, according to the National Weather Service.

Transmission lines are being inspected around Central and Northern California, and lines are being re-energized once they are repaired.
School is in session Friday across the San Ramon Valley Unified School District.
