Roundhouse Conference Center at Bishop Ranch Now Open
State-of-the-Art 50,000-Square-Foot Conference Center is New Destination for Corporate Meetings & Private Events in Northern California

Moana Restaurant Group announced the opening of a new, 50,000-square-foot destination for corporate meetings and private events in the San Ramon Valley: Roundhouse Conference Center. Located within 2600 Bishop Ranch, Roundhouse includes a large auditorium (capacity: 300); two lecture halls (capacity: 75 each); a convertible event room (capacity: 160); six boardrooms with a common amenity lobby and workstation (total capacity: 60); large interior atrium (capacity: 150 seated/200 standing); and an exterior waterfront patio plaza (capacity: 150 seated/250 standing). In total, the interior conference rooms offer 27,000-square feet of space and the outside areas account for 23,000-square-feet of space for meetings, events and parties of all sizes.

Newly renovated spaces in a building that was previously closed to the public now unveil themselves as a beautiful location to host a meeting and conduct business in the East Bay. All conference rooms feature the latest in technology to optimize presentations. The six boardrooms each feature conference tables, ergonomic seating, flat-screen displays and Polycom conference systems.
With space available to accommodate groups from eight to 800, Roundhouse Conference Center was designed by IA Interior Architects and offers gourmet full-service hot and cold catering for any meeting small or large. Offerings include breakfast, break-time pastries and snacks, fresh salads, sandwiches and larger meals for lunch such as Farro Salad with roasted vegetables, oven-dried tomatoes and sherry vinaigrette and Slow-roasted Alaskan Salmon with white bean ragu and salsa verde. Post-meeting nibbles and bar offerings are available for evening receptions.

The first event at Roundhouse Conference Center took place on June 18, 2015. It was a networking event hosted by CoreNet, the world’s leading association for corporate real estate and workplace professionals, service providers and economic developers.
Also under construction and set to open to the public in early 2016 will be Roundhouse Market with three quick-serve restaurants, upscale full-service new American restaurant, waterfront coffee bar and café, bike shop and storage facility and electric Duffy boats for exploring the scenic lake surrounding the project.
