San Ramon Chamber of Commerce Hosting Candidate Forum This Week
The San Ramon Chamber of Commerce will host a public forum on Thursday, September 29 for city council candidates.

The San Ramon Chamber of Commerce will host a public forum from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 29, at the Roundhouse, 2600 Camino Ramon, for city council candidates.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. with the forum for the four candidates seeking two available seats starting at 6:30 p.m. Candidates are incumbent council members Phil O’Loane and Scott Perkins, and challengers Susmita Nayak and Sabina Zafar.

Moderators for the forum will be Gina Channell, president and publisher of Embarcadero Media Group East Bay, which includes DanvilleSanRamon.com, The Pleasanton Weekly and PleasantonWeekly.com, and Jeb Bing, editor.
The San Ramon Chamber of Commerce is hosting the forum as a community service. It is free and open to the public, and will provide residents with an opportunity to hear from all the candidates.

The candidates will be asked questions concerning community priorities. Audience members have an opportunity to submit questions for consideration to Channell at
gchannell@embarcaderomediagroup.com before the forum, and for moderators’ consideration at the forum.
