San Ramon Committees Post Numerous Vacancies
Apply to serve on numerous advisory committees by Feb. 18.

SAN RAMON, CA — A number of San Ramon commissions, committees, and boards have spots available for residents:
- The Arts Advisory Committee provides input to the city on cultural arts programming and services in the city. Vacancies are available for three regular two-year terms and one alternate member. Applications are due Sunday, Feb. 18 at 11:59 p.m.
- The Library Advisory Committee makes recommendations to the Parks and Community Services Commission, Contra Costa Library officials, and the San Ramon City Council on the delivery of library programs, facilities, services and policies. Vacancies are available for three regular two-year terms and two alternate members. The deadline to apply is Sunday, Feb. 18 at 11:59 p.m.
- The Senior Citizens Advisory Committee advises the Parks and Community Services Commission on activities that benefit the participants of the San Ramon Senior Center. Vacancies are available for three regular two-year terms and two alternate members. The application deadline is Sunday, Feb. 18 at 11:59 p.m.
- The Teen Council advises the Parks and Community Services Commission on issues relating to the town’s teen population. Vacancies for 16 one-year terms and two alternate members are available. Applications are due Friday, Feb. 16 at 5 p.m.
- The County Connection Advisory Committee makes recommendations to the County Connection Board of Directors on policies related to fixed-route and paratransit service. The committee is seeking a San Ramon representative to fill a two-year term. The position is open until filled.
- The Contra Costa County Transportation Authority Citizens Advisory Committee advises the CCTA Board on transportation issues affecting the county. The committee is seeking a San Ramon representative to fill a four-year term. The position is open until filled.
