Man In Wheelchair Attacked By San Ramon Man, Police Say
The man in the wheelchair said the incident happened after he confronted a woman about illegally parking in a spot for disabled shoppers.

PLEASANT HILL, CA — A San Ramon man was charged with felony attempted kidnapping and assault after police say he flipped a man out of his wheelchair at the Pleasant Hill Target store, KRON reported.
Jimmie Tiger, 32, is accused of trying to push Phillip Kensler, 52, out of his wheelchair. Kensler told the station that he confronted a woman about illegally parking in a spot for disabled customers and Tiger approached him in the store, saying Kensler needed to apologize to his girlfriend.
Tiger tried to push him out of the chair when Kensler refused, KRON reported.

A video of the incident, apparently captured by a store surveillance camera, shows the confrontation happening in front of Target employees, at the customer service counter. A man is seen pushing Kensler's chair away from the counter and eventually picking the chair up, flipping it over and walking away as other customers approach.
