San Ramon Police Still Searching for Missing Elderly Woman With Dementia

Luba Lusherovich, 77, was last seen walking on Bollinger Canyon Road near Marsh Drive, according to police.

San Ramon Police say several sightings of Luba Lusherovich, who has been missing since yesterday, have been reported today.

Police posted the following information on the City of San Ramon website:

“Several sightings of Luba have been reported near Norris Canyon Road in unincorporated Contra Costa County, close to the Alameda County border. In addition, there was also a reported sighting this morning in Castro Valley, near Crow Canyon Road and Highway 580.”

San Ramon police are continuing to search this morning for a missing woman who suffers from dementia and speaks little English, officials said.

Luba Lusherovich, 77, was last seen wearing a dark shirt and dark pants walking on Bollinger Canyon Road near Marsh Drive, according to police. Contra Costa County Search and Rescue searched for Lusherobich until 2:30 a.m. this morning and plan on resuming their search at 7 a.m., according to San Ramon Police official Lt. Denton Carlson.

The most recent update provided by Carlson stated that as of 4:25 a.m., Lusherobich has not been found. Anyone with information that may assist in locating Lusherobich is asked to contact the San Ramon Police Department at (925) 973-2779.

She is described as a white female, 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds. She has white hair and brown eyes.
